We are currently serving patients in the state of Maryland


In-Network with OPTUM (Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar), CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Quest Behavioral Health, Aetna, Carleton Behavioral Health, Ascension (SmartHealth), and Cigna.


Yes! We offer secure Telehealth services, allowing you to receive care from the comfort and privacy of your home.


Therapy is integrated when appropriate. However, we may refer you to a dedicated therapist if more frequent or specialized therapy is recommended.


To ensure we can accommodate all our patients and provide the best availability, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to comply results in a cancellation fee.


The information you provide also allows our team to verify your insurance coverage and identify any applicable copayment rates, which we will clearly review with you during our call. We believe transparency around care and costs is an essential part of building trust.
